Work With Amy

There are several ways to work with Amy. Each one is designed for a different need and a different moment. Read through and find the one that fits where you are right now.

  • Private Sessions

Amy works with a small number of individual clients. Sessions are conducted via video call. The work is entirely personalized — there is no intake form that asks you to categorize your experience before you have had a chance to understand it yourself.

You show up. Amy meets you where you are. The work begins there.

You do not have to know what is wrong. You do not have to have a name for it. You only have to have the sense that something has been running the show underneath the surface for longer than it should — and a willingness to look at it.

    What the work addresses

Accumulated trauma — childhood or professional | Moral injury and compassion fatigue in healthcare workers | Burnout that rest alone is not resolving | Patterns that keep reasserting themselves despite your best efforts | The weight of a career that asked everything and offered very little in return | Anyone carrying something they have never had the right support to put down

What Amy brings to the work

Amy is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Timeline Regression Therapist with twenty years of practice. She is trained in somatic and trauma-informed approaches, NLP, Reconnective Healing, and integrative energy work. She draws on the full range of these modalities in each session — not as a fixed protocol but as a responsive, personalized practice shaped entirely by what you need.

She has also done every bit of this work herself. That is the foundation everything else is built on.

This path is right for you if you are

A healthcare worker carrying the weight of the work and not sure where to put it | Anyone who learned early that asking for help was not safe and has been living that way ever since | Someone who has tried talk therapy and felt that something was still out of reach | A person who wants a guide who has been to the depths and found the way back | Anyone who is ready, even quietly, to look

    book a session here.

  • Healthcare Institution Inquiries

Amy works directly with hospitals, health systems, nursing schools, and healthcare organizations that are ready to invest in the psychological health of their nurses in a meaningful way — not as a Nurses Week gesture, but as a strategic commitment to the culture, the retention, and the patient safety outcomes that depend on it.

This path is for the CNO who knows something is wrong on their floors and is finally ready to do something different. For the HR director who is watching experienced nurses walk out the door and understands that the wellness app is not going to stop it. For the nursing school dean who wants her graduates to enter the profession with more than clinical skills — with the interior resources to sustain a career.

The institutions that invest in their nurses' psychological health are not being altruistic. They are being strategic. Nurses who feel seen and supported stay. And nurses who stay build the culture that retains the next generation.

    What an institution engagement includes

Tailored keynote for nursing staff or leadership | Half-day workshop for nurse managers and directors | Full-day intensive for senior nursing leadership | Retreat experience through Most Important Patient | Bulk book orders for nursing teams | Ongoing advisory relationship for culture change initiatives

This path is right for your organization if

Nurse turnover is a persistent budget and morale problem | Your Nurses Week programming feels hollow and you want something real | You are in a Magnet or Pathway to Excellence journey and need culture to match credentials | You have a unit or floor that is struggling and traditional interventions have not moved it | You are ready to name the hiding culture out loud and do something about it

    To begin the conversation

Amy works with a limited number of institutions each year. Engagements are designed from scratch for each organization — there is no off-the-shelf package. Please share as much as you can about your institution, your challenges, and what you are hoping to change. Amy's team will respond within 48 hours.

  • Keynote Speaker.

Amy speaks to nursing conferences, hospital leadership teams, healthcare associations, and any organization that is ready to have an honest conversation about what the work of caring for others actually costs — and what it takes to change that.
Her keynotes draw on thirty-seven years of clinical experience, twenty years of trauma and healing practice, and the specific authority of someone who has been inside this problem at every level. She does not speak at nurses. She speaks with them. And she speaks to leadership in the language that changes rooms.

If you are looking for someone to inspire your team for ninety minutes and leave no trace — that is not Amy. If you are looking for someone whose talk your nurses are still talking about at the end of the week — that is exactly Amy.

    Available formats

Keynote address (45 to 90 minutes) | Half-day leadership workshop | Full-day intensive with nursing leadership teams | Virtual keynote | Conference panel

  • Retreat Collaboration

Amy is open to collaborating with retreat organizers, wellness centers, nursing organizations, and healthcare systems who want to offer a Most Important Patient experience to their community — and who share her commitment to doing this work without shortcuts.

A retreat collaboration is not a licensing arrangement or a franchise. It is a genuine partnership — built around shared values, a clearly defined audience, and a mutual commitment to creating something that actually moves the people who attend it. Amy is selective about who she collaborates with because the quality of the experience is the whole point.

“The most important patient in any healthcare system is the nurse. A retreat built around that truth has the potential to change everything downstream from it.”

What a collaboration might look like

A hospital system that wants to offer a structured healing retreat to its nursing leadership team | A wellness center that serves healthcare workers and wants to partner on a Most Important Patient weekend | A nursing association that wants to offer a retreat experience as part of its annual programming | A retreat center with an established audience of caregivers looking for a clinically grounded facilitator | An organization building a nurse wellbeing initiative that needs a retreat component with real depth behind it

    To propose a collaboration

Tell Amy about your organization, your audience, and your vision. The best collaborations begin with a conversation rather than a proposal. Share what you are building and why you believe it matters, and Amy’s team will be in touch to explore whether the fit is there.
